The WikiCatch mobile application and services (the "App" and "Services") are made available to you by Ákos Köműves ("WikiCatch", "we", "us", "our") subject to these Terms of Service, including the Privacy Policy (the "Terms"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to use the App.

You retain ownership of content you submit (catch logs, photos, ratings). However, by submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content on the App for the purpose of providing and promoting the Services.
If you mark content as private, we will maintain its privacy in accordance with your settings. Public content may be visible to other users.
We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, refuse, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Fishing spot information in the App is provided for informational purposes only, without warranty or guarantee. Conditions at fishing spots can change. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. Always follow local fishing regulations, obtain required licenses and permits, and practice responsible fishing.
The App, its design, software, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by WikiCatch and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.
THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
WIKICATCH DOES NOT PROVIDE FISHING SAFETY, ENVIRONMENTAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DURING ANY FISHING OR OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIKICATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify and hold WikiCatch harmless from any claims, demands, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, that cannot be excluded by agreement.
